| Introduction | I am a graduate of University of California Riverside having completed two Bachelor’s Degrees including History with a focus on Government, Politics, Law, and War, as well as Public Policy with a dual focus on Policy Institutions and Processes as well as Urban/Environmental Policy. I have always prided myself on my ability to problem solve and generate creative solutions to issues. This led me to pursue a career in government and business. Through these paths, I believe I can work for the betterment of my community. I currently serve on the Chief’s Advisory Committee with the Riverside Police Department where I have gained a rich understanding of the police operations both in the City of Riverside as well as throughout Riverside County. My purpose on the Committee is to help promote community engagement with the RPD, helping give sectors of my community a voice in the department. My work experience completing hundreds of interviews for the United States Census Bureau has given me total confidence for conducting interpersonal interviews or other interactions with potential clients or constituents. |
