| Introduction | I was formally the Director of the Malaysia Aviation Academy responsible for managing the training institution in Air Traffic Control. Before joining the Malaysia Aviation Academy, I was the Deputy Director of Air Transport, Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia handling new entrants in airlines operation as well as general aviation, flight approval, matters pertaining to Annex 9- Faciltation. Graduated in BSc (Hons) Botany from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 1983 and MSc in Air Transport Management, Cranfield University, UK in 1998. Being awarded the best thesis in MSc with research topic "The Impact of Delay in Airlines Operations in Malaysia". Trained as an Air Traffic Controller, Dangerous Goods Inspector, handling air talks, airport slot times coordinator |
