IntroductionInstinct fitness is a collection of workouts and thoughts put together to inspire others to follow their instincts. We as humans were meant to be physically capable as a means of survival. Fitness is not defined in one's vanity, but in one's ability. The ability to do work, react, move,run, jump, climb, swim, and survive. In some ways we are fortunate for modern technology has taken away the every day need for this. Unfortunately it has also made us lethargic and incapable therefore creating new problems. It is the goal of Instinct Fitness to make you capable once again. Giving one the ability to do anything at any given time.

Favorite moviesRecently 300, Monty Python movies, 80's comedies, good comedies otherwise. Don't watch many movies more than once.
Favorite musicDepends on the mood I am getting back into the heavier rock stuff.
