| Introduction | After graduating from college in 1994, I taught elementary school for 6 years in a suburban public school system and did professional development consulting after that. In 2003, I took what ended up being a 6 year sabbatical from teaching to raise my three children. I am now working on the Lesley University Reading Specialist post-graduate program. The purpose of this blog is to share my observations about teaching, learning, and balancing work and family life. I hope it also helps me organize and remember all that is going on in my head as I get ready to return to teaching. Wish me luck! |
