| Introduction | I have always loved going to Farmers Markets, in my town and any town all over the world. It's always on the first on my list and the last thing on my mind at the end of the night. So I thought, why not become a permament fixture? It is only fitting that I open my own stand, selling what I would want to eat at any market - street food of the world in the form of a sandwich. There are many things to toast for in life, but sharing great food with great friends is high on that list.
