He specialises in the optimisation of production assets and processes, to improve efficiency and reduce costs. For the last 15 years he has run a successful niche consultancy business - thewaterplace ltd providing specialist advice and support in the water sector Paul has a strong focus on market research, customer satisfaction and business development, on behalf of water utilities and international engineering consultancies. Previously, he spent 20 years working in a variety of production and business management roles with ICI.
