| Introduction | David and lived in the UP of Michigan for over 40 years so we call ourselves Yoopers. We moved downstate to Williamston in 2019. I was born and raised in Colorado and have a special appreciation for high altitude and steep peaks. I taught school for 35 years and trained and raced sled dogs for 15 years. My greatest achievement has been raising 3 awesome kids who I love with all of my heart.. |

| Favorite books | Most books by the Bonte' sisters, all books by Jane Austin. Henry David Thoreau. Since junior high, A Wrinkle In Time by L'Engle has been a favorite. I have fun with Spencer Quinn’s books. Historical fiction. |
