Introduction	I am an educator and scholar in the field of teacher education. I completed my master’s degree at Jacksonville University where I studied Instructional Leadership and Organizational Development. Prior to becoming a doctoral student, I worked in Duval County, Florida as an elementary school teacher and instructional coach. My current work focuses on supervision and teacher driven forms of professional learning, such as practitioner inquiry and lesson study, often within the context of school–university partnerships.
