Introduction	We have been "baristi" (in the proper Italian). We have worn the dress shirts, aprons and ties, and can make one of the best damned cups of coffee you have ever tasted. We are snobs. We didn't buy our snobbery nor did our parents. We have come from carpentry, house-keeping and being satisfied with whatever black sludgy cup of coffee we can toss in a stained mug on our way to work. But we were born with an innate sense of quality, and with a little training, we have become dangerous. We are knowledgeable, trained and artistic to boot. But this isn't about us. This is about coffee and finding a good cappuccino...and whatever else comes our way. Baristi, get ready. We're coming.
