Introduction	In my blog, started in 2010, I am thrilled to be able to share my love of writing and of food: shopping, preparing, cooking, baking, eating, enjoying! I am an educator who lives in New York City and spends time in one of my favorite cities, Saratoga Springs. I am happily married with two grown sons, one who is married to a wonderful girl, and one who has also chosen a lovely girl to share his life with. The girls are wonderful bakers and my sons really know how to cook! We share our home with two frisky cats, full of personality. I have many friends, who along with my family, I love to feed.
