Introduction	Aloha! I'm Tani and my son was diagnosed with undifferentiated schizophrenia in 2010. It's been a long road to what our new normal is and had it not been for the internet perhaps it would have taken us so much longer to get the help he needed to make the strides in progress he has. Next semester he'll be graduating with his AA from Pasadena Community College and moving on to a Cal State College where he will major in health care. His goal is to help and support others and their families dealing with mental illness. I'm writing to encourage other moms, parents, caregivers with a young man or woman like mine not to lose hope and most of all to CHANGE THE STIGMAS that unfairly hurt those dealing with a mental illness.
