| Introduction | I am happily married to my husband Colin. I'm so thankful for who he is and what we have together, it's a gift. I have two dogs, Goliath and Rudy, they are lots of fun and huge. I love to run and train for a couple of marathons a year, have run Memphis, Chicago, Boston, Berlin--to name a few. I love triathlons and became an ironman in Nov. 2009 which was an incredible experience. Of course I'm not giving up marathons, just adding ironmans. One of the best things about training are the amazing friends you meet along the way. There are runners in many states with whom I have had the privilege of sharing many miles on the road. Even though I have had to move to new places, I never forget the hearts of these running friends! I am substitute teaching now since I was unable to find a full time position teaching music upon moving to Rochester. I've taught music for 9 years but am happy subbing at this point. I value quality time with my husband, with extended family and with friends. I believe in making memories and making the most of each day. I feel truly and incredibly blessed by our awesome God who holds every detail of our lives in His hands. |

| Favorite Books | Too many good books to list and I know there are many still out there for me to read. Absolute Favorite is The Glass Castle, also loved The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns. |
