| Introduction | Traslasbambalinasdc blog is dedicated to promote Latino/Hispanic heritage cultural events in Metropolitan DC in the form reportage, commentary, and criticism and essays. Roman has contributed articles to Hola Cultura in DC and Hybrido Magazine in NYC on film, theater, music , opera, and visual arts. He has taught college-level Spanish and Latin American literature in Ohio, New York City , and Washington D.C. He has being working as a librarian in public and academic libraries in New York City, the District of Columbia and Maryland. He studied archeology at the University of Yucatan, Mexico, and received a Masters in Spanish from the University of Ohio, as well as a MLIS at Rutgers University, and doctoral studies at Graduate Center, City University of New York. He has published essays, short stories, articles in encyclopedias in English and Spanish focused academic librarianship, history and literature of Latin America and Spanish. |
