Introduction	I'm 38 years old. When I think of all the words that I used to describe myself before: wife, hairstylist, business owner, and all of the words that I wanted to use to describe myself, like mommy, I never knew that the word that would define me more than any other would be so out of my control: widow. I hope to be real here about my struggles to get through it, and try to make some sense of life, and also to find some joy and humor along the way. This is the new adventure!
