Introduction My interest in Tofu and Soy Milk started many years ago, in South America, where I was living at the moment. Along the years I have perfected my skills and I have been producing tofu, soy milk and okara (a tofu and soy milk by-product) for several years. In my opinion, shared by many, tofu and soy milk are the foods that will severe our dependency with animal derived proteins for good. It is not only the food for the future. It is the food of today. Home made production of tofu and soy milk are not only possible and extremely economical. It is also a lot of fun. I am trying to share with you inspiration, expertise, good ideas and recipes.
