Introduction	I am working on reinventing myself and my life and learning to find adventures in everything that I do. Currently I am in the process of learning to become a 'serious' and a 'better' runner. I will never be an elite athlete, but I am really enjoying the challenge of seeing how much I can do to increase my fitness and strength.
