Introduction	I am a 17 year old Christian girl who lives in rural North Dakota. One of my absolute favorite things to do is write and I am the author of the books "Appaloosy" and "Dusty's Trail". I'm working right now on writing my third book. I continue to try to be the best writer that I can be, as well as helping other young authors, while still just trying to have fun! (read the "About" section of this blog for a more complete bio)
Interests	Interests? Oh, too many to count. Here are some of them, Writing, fiddling, working on our vans, playing electric guitar, driving, listening to great music, working at the Dairy Queen, 4-H and jumping on our trampoline in the rain. Sometimes (and only sometimes) getting into loads of trouble.
Favorite movies	I am a big fan of cartoons and computer-generated animation, even though I am seventeen. I love interesting, family friendly live action movies too. I like comedy. (But only if it is actually funny and not just stupid.:) Some of my favorites are: Toy Story saga, Shreks, Danny Phantom Cartoons, The Blues Brothers, Cars, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Alex Jones documentaries,The Patriot, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Holy Grail, Who Framed Roger Rabit? and movies with John Wayne in them
Favorite music	To tell you the truth I'm not sure on what to say here. I know a lot of Christians who are totally against secular music (including one of my best friend's family) I have decided this: I don't think secular music is bad, I don't think God will be mad at me for listening to it. As long as I am not listening to anything dirty or stupid lyrics, then I'm not doing anything wrong. My favorites: 1.Classic Rock n' roll Examples: AC/DC, Rush, YES, Ozzy and Journey 2. Modern Rock: Green Day, All-American Rejects, Simple Plan 3. Some modern pop/rap/hip hop: Anything that has a good beat and that I connect to right away is what I like: Dynomite by Taio Cruz, DJ's got us Fallin in love again, Fireflies, Tik Tok by Kesha are some examples. 4.Christian music: My favorite Christian band is the afters. I'm not sure other than that, because I haven't listened to a lot of it. (Yet) 5. Country: There's only one reason why I like country: Taylor Swift
Favorite books	I love books!! Some of my favorites are: The Chronicles of Narnia, Little House on the Prairie, American girl stories, The book "Dairy Queen" and my most recent favorite: Non-fiction research books I use in my writing.
