Are you born again, after true repentance are you baptized in Jesus' Name (acts 19: 1-10) This is the requirement to receive the Holy Spirit, those that speak in tongues, without Baptism in Jesus' Name are granted repentance only! Now they need to be baptized in Jes us Name to receive the Holy Spirit.
