"Why don't you ever wear a scarf?" Wow, what a random one. xD Well, I have tried to wear a 'scarf' once on my way to school. It was when I had a sore throat, I guess. I fount it annoying. So, even if the people has an option to wear a scarf or not, I guess people will prefer not to wear a scarf on a normal day because it is annoying, or at least, for me.xD
