| Introduction | Many years ago I trained as a nurse, loved learning, but didn't much like ward work. I also love art and design, so I switched careers and trained as a furniture designer. In London England, I completed a post grad dip in design for disability, then spent 10 years designing and making equipment,like supportive wheelchair seats for people with extreme disabilities. In 1996 I became fascinated in nutrition when I found that the Zone diet made a significant health impact on me and other family members. I taught Zone eating for a few years, went back to university and completed a nutrition qualification. After changing to paleo eating 2 years ago - I'm hooked. My health has never been better. I've found my passion. I'm married and have 2 teenage kids, one day soon I'd like to do my masters degree in nutrition science.
