Introduction	Slim T, the artist normally known as Slick Timbo, has recently taken over the reigns at Off The Hoof and is editing the stable with a firm hand a whip to match, although obviously in a non cruel to animals way. Celebrating a quarter century of living a vegan lifestyle, Slim T has tidied up his act and decided that although clearly he is not ready for the world, the world is ready for him and with that in mind is thrilled to be the nut behind the wheel that is currently launching both Off The Hoof and the Eco Veggie Fayres into the 4 corners of the universe and beyond. The consequence of this is that he has lost weight, stopped drinking, upped the training and changed his name yet again - this time its Slim T, editor of Off The Hoof, and that's the way it'll stay. For a while.
