Introduction	I have been competing in endurance sport for over 20 years. Originally a cyclist gaining elite status, I moved to triatlon in early 2000 and competed at 70.3 and Ironman level. Although I now still enjoy Ironman, I concentrate on running and in particular ultra distance.
Interests	Running, triathlon, multi-sport, cinema, photography and good food.
Favorite movies	Cineam Paradiso, Once Upon a Time in America, Gladiator, Forest Gump, Life is Beautiful and so on and so on.... I love film.
Favorite music	Blue Nile, Peter Gabriel, David Sylvian, AC/DC etc etc
Favorite books	Born to Run, The Lore of Running, It's not about the bike, Confessions of an all night runner
