| Introduction | Hello. I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I am happily married for almost 23 years. My husband was an OTR Truck Driver. He has come home to a local job so we see more of each other now. I have 4 sons and 1 daughter, 3 daughters-in-law, 1 grandson (4 this year), 1 grandson (3 this year),1 granddaughter (turning 2 in April) and 1 grandson (turning 1 in May). My youngest son recently married and then left for basic training in the Army in February. Our daughter, youngest of the family, is a Junior in High School. Besides doing things for my family and loving to play with my grandchildren, I love to quilt, sing, play board games and read. I have lived in Missouri my whole life, but have traveled with my husband as we drove OTR together for almost 12 years. I collect any and all kinds of teddy bears and my favorite thing to do is fabric shop. (Most of the time it is just to look and pet.) I love Batiks, Hand dyes, anything with "bling" and some vintage fabrics. I am serving as the vice president of our local quilt guild and serving in our Primary organization at church. My family and I are Christians and love the Lord. |
