| Introduction | My name is Kristen and I've been married to my wonderful husband, Vito, since 1992. We met when I was a senior in high school in 1985 (you do the math!) and we dated for 7 years before getting married. We have four wonderful children: Olivia (born 9/2000), Nicholas (born 2/2003) and our twins, Jonathan and Christopher (born 8/2006). I used to journal regularly before life got in the way. I've been wanting to journal again since getting pregnant with my daughter. I've made numerous attempts, but over-thinking the process got in the way of making much of a start. Why a blog? Probably the best reason of all is that I can share the ordinary moments of my life with my family and those I love ... many of whom do not live close by. In a nutshell, Pebble Joose is meant to be a glimpse into our lives and the little tidbits of memories and thoughts in my head. We only have one life and I want mine to be significant. I don't want to forget the little things and I want my children to have happy memories. Thanks for looking in on us. Enough said ... here we go!! |
