| Introduction | I was born in Rome but I grew up in Australia, attending a range of schools in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Darwin, Brisbane, and Canberra. This rich schooling experience inspired me to work in Education. I completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and History, and a Bachelor of Education with First Class Honours in 2005, and after some time travelling and teaching in Europe I was awarded a PhD in Education from the University of Sydney in 2014. I am now completing further postgraduate training in Educational Leadership. I have been teaching for over 10 years, in Primary, Middle School and High School, and have been working in International/Bilingual Schools since 2011. I currently work at an IB World School and am an active teacher of Individuals and Societies. My areas of expertise include: curriculum history, planning and development; program development and implementation; writing across the curriculum; staff evaluation/self growth program, design and implementation; consultancy. I live in Rome with my wife and three children, and I love what I do. |
