Introduction	I began practicing insight meditation in 1984 and aikido in 1988. Licensed in 1991 as a Marriage Family Therapist, my practice, like my life, draws from various traditions of awareness, cultivating mind-body-heart as one. Black belt aikido in 2006, teaching meditation and aikido at times, working in a trauma medical hospital with psychological crises and needs. Other loves: organic gardening, California native plants, nature, backpacking, swimming, being alive!! in nature and with people. Let's co-create a culture that serves peace, love, wisdom for all. May all beings know peace and happiness.
