| Introduction | TampaHouseChurch.com Living Stones Church is located in the New Tampa neighborhood of Tampa, FL. Newly started by Pastors Steve G and his wife, Hope in August 2006, we are a church that connects people to Jesus Christ, as well as people to each other. We take our cues from the church found in the book of Acts in the New Testament of the Bible--where people met in each other's homes and other places around town and lived life together. For us, church isn't just about Sunday mornings; it's about authentic relationships with God and with each other. Together, we're living that out in communities all over New Tampa and Wesley Chapel, the campus of USF, and nearby neighborhoods. You'll find us meeting in coffeehouses, local restaurants, people's homes, apartments, and dormitories. As Peter, a follower of Jesus living in the first century summed it up to the church then,You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ~I Peter 2:5 |
