| Introduction | Sam is just your typical four-year-old little boy who fell in love with all things fire related when he was about 2 1/2 years old. We used to pass by a fire station every day and he would always ask if we could stop and look at the trucks. Finally one day I gave in, and it's been an obsession ever since. We visit various fire departments and related events at least a few times each month. About a year ago I decided to start a blog, www.firefightersam.com , to keep up with all of his adventures. In the last year, I've chronicled all of his escapades, like riding in a fire engine , having water fights, manning a hose at live burns and becoming a model for a kids costume company |
