| Introduction | Sam Diaz is a husband and a father and a big brother at home. For the paycheck, I blog about tech news for ZDNet - a great gig that lets me say whatever I want about pretty much anything I want and interact with readers who either hate me or love me. Who could ask for more? I'm a native Californian who realized that the Golden State was in his blood after a stint of 2+ years in Washington DC. Silicon Valley may be expensive but it's home - and there's no place like it. Between Stacy, the kids, Nick, the dogs and even Zippy the Turtle, home life can be crazy sometimes. Throw in the numerous relatives whose lives interact with ours, as well as a handful of extended family friends and, of course, the poker guys and you've got the recipe for some pretty good blog entries. |
