Introduction	With > 30 years in higher ed, I understand the impact that scientists & discovery leaders have on translational efforts in today’s basic and clinical research. My experiences include the classroom and laboratory instruction in several disciplines, as well as applied and academic research at private and public institutions. Research positions held include Dir of Institutional Research and Planning, as well as Co- or Principal Investigator for more than $50M of federal grants. My exec positions as Asst to 2 College Presidents, and a Univ College Dean, have honed my skills in diplomacy and with integrating divergent stakeholder views into a unified direction. Leadership roles as Dean of Enrollment, as Managing Dir, and as Exec Dir of several national environmental programs and a national training center have shaped my visionary and forward-thinking style. I very much enjoy specializing in the recruitment of research scientists in basic and clinical science areas associated with cancer and the neurosciences, as well as in the health sciences generally. My specialty focus includes recruiting executives and other administrators for opportunities at US colleges and universities.
