Introduction	My Crohn's Disease diagnosis came in 1999, after years of undiagnosed symptoms and months of testing and two surgeries. Writing about it here will, I hope, help others facing their own Crohn's Disease adventures. My husband, Dave, and I have four grown children. I am a registered nurse specializing in home health and hospice documentation and regulatory compliance. My bachelor's degree is in journalism and mass communication.
