| Introduction | I'm a lover of reading, art, music, learning, yoga, meditation, and traveling to experience and learn from others living in different cultures. The world feels like it has shrunk considerably in my lifetime, mostly through the speed of communication through the Web, and I am fascinated with the possibility that this truly is One World (and am filled with hope that more people are beginning to see this too). I love discovering both the similarities and the differences in the beliefs of all I meet. |
| Interests | Art, music of all kinds but especially folk and world music as well as blues and jazz, crafting (I spin and dye fiber to make yarn, which I then knit into socks mostly), meditation, yoga, cooking (though I am currently eating mostly living foods and am a vegan... so it's more of assembling foods and spices into something delicious rather than cooking... however I am not militant about my food and am known to dive into just about anything I'm offered). Travel is my favorite thing to do, in order to meet and learn from others. |
