| Introduction | We purchased a house in Royal Oak - 402 Forest - with the intent of tearing it down and building a new house. We are really excited about being able to live in a house that we designed. The house is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Royal Oak. There are several new builds in the neighborhood, along with some older homes. Garrett is the general contractor for the build so we will be pretty busy over the next year or so. We expect that it will take around 12 - 16 months to build. We will use this blog to post updates. |
