Introduction	I am a Project Manager for a Real Estate Marketing and Sales Firm. That used to mean I provided advice and crowd control for Real Estate Developers; helping them sell their luxury condos at super speed for unheard of prices. Things are a little different now but my goal is still the same -get real estate sold at unheard of prices (what's your best offer? Did you want a free car with that?). Let's not kid ourselves, Real Estate will prevail - people will always need a place to sleep and they don't call it home sweet home for nothing. It's how we do that's different. As we enter these uncharted waters I want to share the ride with you. Let's get this Real Estate Think Tank Started. I am a graduate of Colgate University with a very useful degree in Geography and English. To balance my liberal arts past I am currently pursuing my MBA from Stern and welcome any free tutoring help in my current nemesis Financial Accounting.
