| Introduction | Hi, I am QuratulAin Niazi. I am a mother, blogger, traveler and a freelance food editor and writer and I love cooking. I've been in the kitchen for a large portion of my life. From an extremely youthful age, I viewed my mother work preparing delicious foods for the whole family. I have done a graduate diploma in international cooking and baking from the College of Tourism and hotel Management(COTHM), Lahore and applied my skills in various luxury hotels in Pakistan.
