IntroductionGrew up in Ann Arbor, but abandoned U of M family tradition and went to Duke. Moved to So. cal. In 1973 as a result of my company-paid move (Kawasaki) Love the outdoor life-style. Married ecstatically for 38 years to my second husband. Together we enjoy our 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. To celebrate turning 80 last year, I re-joined USA Masters Swimming, entered the Nationals last August and won 3 medals.Not quite ready for the rocking chair life! We enjoy a lovely circle of friends, most of whom we met Through sailing at our yacht club many years ago. Life is good!

Favorite booksToo many to list, but somewhat recently: A gentleman in Moscow, The One in a Million Boy, The All of It, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, Lord of the Rings series. From forever: E.B.White everything, A.A. Milne everything, Gone With the Wind, East of Eden, Quo Vadis, all the Wizard of Oz. books, Lad: a Dog, etc., etc., etc. I’ve been a bookworm all my life, so a definitive list would be impossible.
