| Introduction | A few years ago, I decided I wanted to hike in these beautiful mountains which surround my home. I didn't know the first thing about how to find a trail (except a couple by my house), so I bought a book called 60 Hikes in 60 Miles, and decided where I wanted to explore. Since it's not super safe to hike alone (and a lot more fun with friends), I sent an email to see if anyone would be interested in hiking with me. This blog is a record of those hikes. I also love, love, love, to ride my bikes. My first love is road biking, but mountain biking is fun because it combines two of my favorite things--biking and the mountains. It doesn't get better than that!!! |
