Introduction	So I started my blog with the intention that I would talk about mental illness, share my journey with overcoming anxiety and hopefully inspire others with mental illness to believe in their ability to overcome their own obstacles. Though I realised a few days into the process that I am so much more than someone with a mental illness, and it’s all those other things that are great about me which also help me overcome mental illness. So while I still want to write with my original goal in mind, I also want to share and inspire with any creative idea that comes to my mind, so I hope you all enjoy the journey.
