Introduction	Besides being good at opening impenetrable jars of spaghetti sauce and lifting heavy objects, I'm exceptionally mediocre at a variety things. I am fond of good causes, windy cities (both in weather and politics), movies and TV, random pop culture, eating out, public radio, and rockin' out (those last two don't exactly jive, eh?). I pursued an itinerant, income-less existence (documented in this blog) before I headed off to grad school. At the end of it all, I took years to complete a two-year degree. Whee! I am now a policy analyst living in the DC area.
