| Introduction | I'm a 45+ Masters and CAT 3 racer and race for NCVC/United Healthcare. As you can see in the picture, as long as I'm in front of 2 speed Chuck, I'm happy. I don't have a regimented training program as I have never had the time or effort to follow a program. I've always believed in listening to your own body. I just broke down and bought a powermeter. Something I used to say that I would never do. Who knows if I'll really use it. |
