| Introduction | We are a culturally blended family with many gifts; mother of two fabulous humans. I have 5 siblings, 4 who are living on the other side of the world and 1 of whom lives in my heart. Bahrain is my home (look it up!) for a few months of the year and Portland the remainder. I have lived in the Arabian Gulf over 30 years, more than half of my life. After years of living in "paradise" with it's ups and downs (priceless!) I have decided to reverse my migration pattern; to spend more time in the country of my birth and amongst the nature imprinted on my soul. Because of the ties that bind me to this part of the world, I do not wish to cut myself off from the land to which I owe so much. It's time to allow the creative process to continue. Having proudly built, established, and operated WBFC, a wellness/movement center in Bahrain for over 12 years, I am no longer in that role. This blog is about that; following the 'bread crumbs' and discovering the mystery and delight of that process. |
