| Introduction | I am a lazy slacker, trying to get bitten by the running bug. I run 5K's for fun and have done one 10K and one 1/2 marathon, but I complain while running and ask myself why I'm doing this. But every time I finish a race, I feel great and I'm very happy I made myself do it. I just need to build up my crappy endurance! |
