Introduction	I am a mother of two young boys who have peanut, milk, egg and gluten allergies... and they "eat different" every day. We are not alone in this battle. Child food allergies are on the rise and no one knows why. I am hoping to raise awareness and share experiences that can benefit the food allergy community. One of my main goals is to write children's literature for allergic kids. Hopefully my stories can show other children, in a humorous way, that they are not alone in facing the daily struggles with food allergies. My first book, The Gluten Glitch, will be out in Spring 2012. Look for it from Beaver's Pond Press!
