Introduction I am now into my third career change of sorts. What started out as a career in the Food and Beverage industry, its' restaurants and bars, has now changed over to my real interest of aviation. I have always embraced the idea of lifelong learning, getting my CEGEP (college in Quebec) then a university degree from Concordia in Montreal. After studying Urban Planning for 4 years, I never did followed my degree. After leaving the restaurant biz I moved to aviation for 10+ years as an aircraft mechanic and line maintenace crew chief. In 2011 I was then offered a chance to teach at BCIT ( British Columbia Institute of Technology), where it all started a decade earlier. I am now a full time instructor within the Transportation Department, teaching Gas Turbine Engines, as well as occasionally Landing Gear, Hydraulics and Braking Systems.
Interests A strong passion for aviation, fly fishing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, reading, travel.
