| Introduction | My name is Bob Kaseda and I was a very successful contestant in the News-Hearld Lighten Up in 2010 contest. I lost 85lbs in 6 months! I am 52 years old and I now weigh the same weight that was in my 20's. My health has improved dramatically and I am now confident that I will be around to someday walk my 2 little girls down the aisle. I was an average kid and started gaining weight in high school. I lost alot of weight 3 times in my life as follows: 1975 11th grade 240lbs / 1976 12th grade gradution 185lbs 1994 January 300lbs / December 235lbs (This is when I met my wife) 2010 January 304lbs / July 218lbs (News-Herald Light up in 2010 contest) The third time is the charm for me.
