| Introduction | I tumbled headfirst into veganism in December 2018. Before this time, I had no idea the consumption of meat had such a devastating impact on the environment. I decided to go vegan for one week. I didn't think I'd stick with it. It's been five years and I haven't looked back. Maybe because I'm doing it for the planet. I'm doing it for my son. I'm doing it for his kids one day. And, the food is awesome. I'm not particularly skilled in photography. But, what I lack in photography skills, I will try to capture in words. |
