| Introduction | I am a father of 3 cute and crazy kids. My oldest is Sabreena who is 13, Shaun who is 6 and Shae who is 2 years old. I am more then an "Obsessed Cyclist" I am a dad who loves to hang and chill with my kids. I am also married to my wonderful wife Melinda of 8 years who also blog. Melinda and I are a team and blog together at "Look What Mom Found...and Dad too!". If it was not for my Melinda I would have never known what blogging was or started blogging for that matter.
