Introduction Refusing to be a faded rose from days gone by, I am a book devouring, cancer and chronic illness surviving, nature loving, singing-in-the-rain kind of Georgia Peach that loves to travel, has a passion for photography, Harry Potter and Disney and is so corny I have been named the Queen. Loving my life (for the most part) as a writer, photographer, wife and homeschool mom; living in this crazy, mixed-up world with my family and my two Siberian Huskies. We laugh, we fight, but we make it through together, one day at a time. This blog is a variety of inspirational thoughts, tips from 20+ years of marriage, parenting, product reviews and life as a native among transplants in and around Metro Atlanta and wherever else this wild road we call life takes me.

The squish of mud between your toes; how would you live your life as a frog?

Much like I do now: darting the predators, scooping up the prey, and continuing along in my hop across the great pond of life.
