Introduction	This is my therapy; writing, maybe even helping someone else too. Most recently, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis- for my 34th Birthday- yay as if I needed to feel older(sarcasm) and I've done some serious reflecting on how my life seems upside down and out of control. At my core, I know what I am not and that's a quitter. I'm going to turn my life around. Most of the challenges I face concern being a mother, wife, and a patient. Whatever issue myself or anybody faces, it is thought to be connected to a person's mental state. Psychology, being a major interest for me has sparked my motivation to find out how I can help myself and others too- I'll be the guinea pig. I want to chronicle my struggles and triumphs because you may be experiencing some of my life situations or similar. We all need a voice and no one needs to be alone.
