Introduction	I am an energetic, and strong minded journalism student. This last June, i embarked on a year long vegetarian project mainly inspired by reading the novel "Julie & Julia" by: Julie Powell. This year, i will be a vegetarian, and as many times a week as are feasible, i will post a wonderful vegetarian recipe for who ever reads this blog. It is my hope that anyone reading this will be inspired to change a little bit, and maybe try something new and different! happy reading, and more importantly, happy eating!!
